What is a sound bath —you may ask ?

Sound baths are immersive experiences where you're bathed in soothing sounds and vibrations produced by various instruments like singing bowls, chimes, and drums. These harmonious tones can help to create a sense of relaxation, balance, and inner peace.

 

What can they help with? 

There is evidence that sound baths can help to reduce stress levels by activating the relaxation response in our bodies. The gentle sounds and vibrations can help to calm our nervous systems and allowing us to release our emotions.

 

Who should avoid attending a sound bath? 

Individuals who have metal plates or implants such as a pacemaker. Pregnancies (1st and 3rd trimesters) and those with heart conditions or severe sound sensitivity should avoid.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable clothing - dress a bit warmer if you tend to run cold or loose clothing if you’re the opposite.
